Michael Arrington of the blog TechCrunch.com does not believe in PayPerPost. He does not see PayPerPost as a good idea, as I try to get into what he is thinking by reading his blog. I guess he take pride that his blog post are not paid. Although I also do believe he makes money of his blog, though Text Link Ads, banners, contextual ads.
My view of the PayPerPost.com concept is exactly the same as what happens in print media. Everthing you read in a magazine are not 100% non-paid. Many articles are actually paid by some company. Why not the same can be done in blogging?
Will Michael Arrington of TechCrunch.com one day realize the value of this advertising business model?
With PayPerPost.com, I Get Paid to Blog. What TechCrunch’s Mike Arrington is saying is he does not get paid to post on his blog. But he still gets paid in blogging too, just for the different stuff. Just like making a car, some get paid to design the car, some get paid to put in the engine, some get paid to finish the paid job.
