I have three computers at my dad&#039;s home and I&#039;ve always supported them remotelly using PC File Transfer on http://www.pc-file-transfer.com/. It&#039;s a good alternative to GoToMyPC. And it&#039;s cheap enough. As for TightVNC, I have never heard this remote access tool.</description>
