After a lot of days of work… I was barely able to post anything here. And had it on for some time with the comments table corrupted. The comment box that appeared said:
WordPress database error: [Table './*****/wp_comments' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed]
SELECT * FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_post_ID = ‘**’ AND comment_approved = ’1′ ORDER BY comment_date
So all comments were broken. And even after doing several MySQL repairs. I did not get it fixed. And I just decided to drop the wp_comments table and make a new one to fix it. So everyone that placed comments, some date back to 2005. Sorry they are gone. And I guess the best comment I liked out there was the comment on the .htaccess code for the 301 redirects that also prevent looping of the index page for SEO domain canocalization purposes. Oh well, at least I still have all post alive. Aside from that I got WP2.2 with the subdomain plugin running fine, so everything is still relatively good.
