Google doesn’t know me…
When I first started this blog last January 20, 2006, Google totally did not know about this site and was no where to be found in their database. Although this domain is very old which was first the domain of Action Online Co. Ltd. that closed down in August 1, 2003 and passed on to Terence Teves’ IdentityPro. It expired and I bought it and was parked on YDS Web Solution. Google knew about this since ydswebsolution.com and actiononline.biz were treated the same by Google. Right after I made this blog, actiononline.biz disappeared from the Google database.
Hello Google, here I am!
I needed to re-introduce myself to Google and I just started with a small link from my blog going here since I knew my blog is crawled a bit often. I will also be doing a few 301 redirects for pages that no longer exists as how it was parked before, then I will do an XML Google sitemap. I haven’t done much yet and all I have done is the link on my blog. It is now the on the third day and Google already knows this blog exists. But, it just got the URL only and has not crawled all inside pages yet, only just the homepage. And I am not surprised since that is also what happened to all my SEO clients, and I know Google will just get the homepage first and will crawl the rest of the pages later on some other day. So a link just took me 3 days to get back on Google, now I hope the 301 redirects and Google sitemap will get to speed things up a little further. I’ll be updating this post on how it goes, just to see how fast I can make Google re-index me using some known techniques of SEO professionals.

Already did a 301 redirect of old pages where this domain was parked and forwarded to the homepage.
Although Google™ has only one page indexed right now, I noticed the text description has changed since yesterday. And the text descriptions are coming from the links. Yesterday it was: “…$8.88 Domain Names Where I get all my domain names Custom Web Hosting Deals…” Today the description is: “…Last posts. Manny ‘Pacman’ Pacquiao vs. Eric ‘El Terrible’ Morales fight with no TV· Accidental Delete – DNS Zones in CPanel/WHM, gave me problems in…”
Interesting as Google™ goes over all the links. But does not display all the pages right away. Let me check later my sitestats when Google™ passed by.

Looks like Google is basically going through the links. Right now the description site of this website on Google is: “Last posts. Finally, Google™ knows I exist, but he doesn’t know me so well yet. Manny ‘Pacman’ Pacquiao vs. Eric ‘El Terrible’ Morales fight with no TV…” I guess I need to post again everyday, so I am indexed more often too.

Now on the 7th day. Google™ updates itself, everyday it seems, but only indexing my homepage. Not the inside pages. I haven’t applied any XML sitemap yet.
