Yea, that is a blatant ripoff. It's terrible when people steal others designs without any attribution, especially when when it's a design that's going to be used for the same industry. Interestingly enough I found your post because I was looking for a way to handle a similar situation. The only other unique approach I found was when NerdyShirts.com stole BT's design.
