Wordpress 2 Subdomain Plugin Problems Solved

When my blog was still running on Wordpress 1.5, the subdomain plugin worked perfectly. I needed to study how to do wildcard DNS on cPanel/WHM that time. And when I upgraded to Wordpress 2.0, and then 2.0.1, I had no problems with the Subster Rejuvenation Wordpress subdomain plugin. But when Wordpress 2.0.2 came out… I did an update and the subdomain plugin did not work anymore. Good thing I got a back up of all the files in a compressed file and undid everything. I would rather run on and old Wordpress version with the subdomain plugin enabled, than running a new Wordpress version with the subdomain plugin disabled, especially after all pages are indexed pretty well already on Google.

It took some time before the new subdomain plugin came out after Wordpress 2.0.2 came out. The latest Subster Rejuvenation 0.30 Wordpress Subdomain plugin is on Dax’ blog. Although the official site is still on Greg’s blog, looks like he is just not able to update it and is busy with his family.

I am now running Wordpress 2.0.3 and the latest subdomain plugin. Works perfectly.
